The AVF&G Hunter Ed Team in co-operation with the NH Fish & Game Dept is pleased to announce that 58 area students successfully completed Hunter Education / Outdoor Safety training and were awarded their Certificate of Completion on Sept 12th after an intense weekend of combined classroom and field day practical application form of study.
The course curriculum covered the following topics...Hunter Ethics, How to Safely Handle, Fire, Transport and equally important Store firearms Safely and Securely in the home. How to prepare for a Safe Outdoor Experience, Overnight Wilderness Survival, Introduction to Map & Compass Use, Injury Prevention and Basic First-Aid, NH Fish & Game Laws, Tree Stand Safety, Introduction to Bow Hunting and Muzzle Loading.

A heartfelt "Thank You" goes out to the following Instructors and support staff organizations who contributed to the success of this years Hunter-Ed Course...
